+ -1 moreFrom the initial interview meeting, everyone involved could tell that Rowell Brokaw listened to what we wanted to do. Something not all architects do very well. They were truly excited about our project and performed well above and beyond what the $10,000 paid for. From the initial directions, Rowell Brokay conducted meetings with staff, students, parents, teachers and board members and a series of meeting with the board of directors. The results were out standing. They were able to map out design elements that held true to the mission of the resource center. Not only did they listen, they put their hearts into the project and it showed.
Description of Work: Rowell Brokaw preformed the initial programing for proposed new building for a non-profit educational resource center. The proposed budget for this project was estimated at 6,000,000 and this was the very first step to help determine exactly what the needs were and what clients wanted.
