Roofcraft is the absolute last company I would ever recommend for anything related to roof repair or remediation. They charged us $800 for a tarp job that was done so poorly it still leaked, leading to secondary water damage that could have been completely avoided. Their incompetence cost us far more than just money—it caused unnecessary stress and additional repairs. Their project manager, Jason, is dismissive and talks over you anytime you try to address concerns, refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company’s work—showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures.

They made appointment quickly. Enjoyed visiting with Brandon & appreciated his knowledge & understanding of what was needed for our roof. Unfortunately I have never received an estimate, even after calling them back. I had figured I would probably have them do the roof if the estimate was OK. That did not happen, but I appreciated Brandon coming out to look at the roof.

Had multiple bid and selected Roofcraft, after signing an agreement we didn't hear from them until their schedule opened up then we agreed on a date they showed up at 8:30 AM started the job and were finished in 3 days. Good work, we had a section of roof that needed to be replaced and they did a very good job on that. Pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the trade, they gave me good hints on what to look for, even if we didn't go with them. Good price and we would hire them again.

Roofcraft was an excellent company to work with from start to finish. They were available pretty quickly and did a great job. They were super nice and easy to deal with. I've recommended them several times. Thanks again!

Brandon was friendly, honest, and not pushy at the time of estimate. All correspondences were quick, clear, and helpful. Job was done quickly, a little over 24 hours start to finish. Roof looks nice. The workers cleaned up all their mess in the yard, and swept the walkways, so things actually looked nicer when they left than before they started.

Roof Craft has terrific follow up and will be inspecting their work for guaranty purposes on Mon. They were very professional in all respects from initial appointment to completion. I would rehire and reccomend again.

I was very happy with each job. They gave me options and did exactly what they said for the price we agreed on. I will certainly ;continue to use them.
