+ -1 moreIn June of 2012, Rock Roofing was paid nearly $8,000 for a new roof and skylights on the property I would buy exactly one year later. The work came with a five year guarantee. This March (2014) one of the skylights began severely leaking. I called and left a message explaining the problem but received no call back. I called again and this time spoke with the owner. He said someone would call me back immediately to schedule an appointment. It never happened. Rock Roofing had no intent of honoring the guarantee on the roof and skylights and now I, as the new owner of the house, am forced to use my social security check for repairs. This is a despicable way to do business and I highly recommend staying away from this company.
