Rick's Tile Co

Rick came out and did a quote. He finished up another job he had and got to us. First day right on time, did his work and left. Next day late, he was working and I had to leave for a bit and came back and he was gone for the day. He had "personal" bussiness to attend to. So this bumped our finish day to Monday, instead of Friday like he promised. This was really frustrating as we had been without that bathroom for a while and just wanted it to be done. Last day he was really late, but finished on Monday. I am very pleased with the work. It turned out very nice. I wasn't a fan of him being late, or bumping our finish date. I am pretty neutral about if I would use him again.

Rick was wonderful to work with. He had great suggestions and was very open to my ideas too. My new tile shower is a thing of beauty, makes me excited to get up in the morning. He was also the most punctual person I have ever worked with. When he said 8 am he knocked on the door at 8 am exactly. My husband and I joked that we could set a watch by him. He was willing to put in the work to get the work done quickly without cutting corners. He was always extreme polite to me and my kids. If I have other projects like this in the future Rick will be the person I will call. He was great and my bathroom is beautiful.

Rick was very kind and respectful throughout the project. He explained what he thought the best options were for our shower window, keeping in mind cost for us. Rick was patient with our questions and worked with the tile we'd picked out, which he then picked up. Rick only quoted us for his labor and the cost stayed true to his quote. We paid for the materials and the plumber separately. We were beyond happy with Rick's work and his attitude of graciousness toward us. We are now having him re-tile our bathroom floor and 2nd bathroom too. We will use Rick for any future tile jobs!

Rick provided a quote, and did not discourage me from the tile selection I chose. He assisted me in securing the materials, and quoted me only for the labor involved for installation. He was a joy to have, answering my endless questions, and even 'babysitting' me as I 'helped'. Rick's straightforward honesty and compassion for our situation included treating us with a respect as people that other contractors refused to consider. Upon the completion of the work, Rick also provided clear direction for care and maintenance, also a first for us. From start to finish, Rick was clean, picked up after himself, and left the job complete only when he was assured I approved the work. He was even kind enough to look away as he saw my tears - tears that came from being one step closer to bringing my family home. As a family man himself, Rick showed that he takes a great deal of pride in his work and his business interactions, raising him to an elite minority within the contractor industry. Rick also referred me to another contractor specific to wood flooring, who finished out the hardwood floors that accented the tile in the master suite. Start to finish, the tile and master floor was finished out beautifully in half the time I expected it to be. Not only did I pay his bill in full happily, I provided him with a generous tip that was definitely earned.
