Description of Work: He was recommmended to me by a contractor that I use. He came out and replaced some down spouts that had been leaking for years. I also had him go over all of the gutters and repair where needed, he even cleaned them out for us.

+ -1 moreOf the four bids Ricks was very competitive. He provided us with color samples to choose from, we chose one and then bought paint to match for the fascia boards. Rick came on the day he said he would, made some recommendations on ways to improve the system and installed the gutters. One minor problem arose at a corner seam and Rick came out and took care of the issue. Rick has been in the gutter business for 18 years, acted professionally and did exactly what was called for. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick's Rain Gutters.
Description of Work: Rick provided new gutters on our neighbor's home. We got a quote, one of four, and decided to go with Rick. He performed all services as requested, made suggestions on how to improve the flow of water with down spout placement, and suggested a change to make the front gutter and downspout system more attractive. We had one minor issue come up and Rick came by and took care of that problem. I would highly recommend Rick's Rain Gutters, such responsiveness and professionalism is a rarity these days.
