Overall a good experience. Manager Andy is very responsive. Mike the electrician was very professional. He came late, but did call to let me know he was going to be late. Quality of job was good. Could not install fan box in room b/c of the way the house was framed. They tried to find something that would work, but in the end, had to put regular light box back in the ceiling. Would recommend and use again.

I previously gave F review for this company but the owner Jeremy personally called me and explained and apologized for my poor experience. Furthermore explained the unfortunate situation and I believe him when he says it was an isolated instance. I would recommend them though I did not use them for my electrical work. His rep was very professional and gave me estimate in a timely manner just a bit too pricey for my small business.

This company is fast and very professional. I hired them after reading other reviews here, and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We were charged $79 per hour, plus some parts. I was very pleased with the price, and they work fast.

Our garage lower circuits all went out on a Sunday afternoon leaving freezers with no power. Called Reynolds Monday morning, the young lady answering the calls was very upbeat and friendly. When I mentioned the problem she put me through to a gentleman named Scott, who in turn figured out the problem and directed us to the fix. Power is on and we now have the answer for this one in the future. Would definitely use them again and gladly pay a service call. Thanks again Reynolds.

He did a good job and was fast and efficient.

They were fast with coming out to do the free estimate, which they came out early to do because of my work schedule. They gave us a break down on the work we wanted done now, and work we want to have done in the future. I had several follow up questions that I was able to email to the estimator and he always responded quickly and gave me several price quotes as I kept asking about doing the job different ways. He was super patient and super helpful. The person who did the installation did everything in one day by himself and was very courteous and polite, He did an excellent job and left zero mess behind. Plus we got to use a 10% off coupon from Angie's List. Awesome experience with this company and cannot stress how great the customer service was. We will definitely use again for future electrical work!

One of our circuit was shorted out, so the breaker would not stay on. There was no specific cause, so it was very difficult to find. The electrician - Mike - was absolutely great. Professional, capable, friendly, prompt and easy-going. We are planning a remodel soon and will definitely use these guys for the electrical. Haven't received the bill yet, so cannot comment at this point about price.

I was using them for the second time and it was the same service guy, Mike. He did an all-around great job with a reasonable price. He was efficient. I would definitely recommend them and I intend to use them in the future.

went well, the city inspector also wanted a grounding rod installed so they came back out and fixed at no charge.

Couldn't give these folks a higher rating! They were on time, polite and professional and cleaned up every spec when finished. Also, went to great lengths to keep the cost down but still did a professional job. I'm sorry it took me so long to give them my rating because they deserve so much credit. In fact, I wouldn't call anybody else for electrical work.

I called Reynolds in the morning after reviewing the various Angie's List Reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by the dispatcher when he said he could have an electrician out later that same day; I was expecting a 2-3 day wait since I did not have an emergency. Jerry arrived on time and took care of all my issues in a surprisely quick and efficient manner. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Reynolds is definitely my electrician for any future needs

They gave an estimate, didi the work, answered all my many questions, and they were prompt and friendly. And the price was fair

Mike arrived and tackled the issue with an outside plug. The problem was a neutral wire wasn't connected. He went into the attic three times testing junction boxes. Finally found it in a junction box over the bathroom. The next item was kitchen ceiling lights, one with cracked wires and a broken box. He repaired it and put in a new box. The other light had a broken box. He replaced both light fixtures. Then we had a closet light that was a fluorescent that the starter was going out. We wanted it changed back to an incandescent light. Upon taking it down he had a big hole where the fixture was. Apparently there had been a vent fan. He needed to rebuild the area to put the new fixture in.

Mike was very friendly and helpful. We liked him very much and will definitely use Reynold's Electric in the future.

Reynolds Electric installed several new interior outlets and one exterior one. They also put in a timer on one of the light switches. They fixed a doorbell that was damaged. All the work was done promptly and for a very fair price. Highly recommended.

The outlet where my fridge was plugged in failed and I could have lost all the food. I called Reynolds to have them come out. They couldn't come right away, but made an appointment for 7am the next day and put me on a waiting list in case they were able to come the same day. Thay called later that afternoon and fixed the problem right away. I was very happy!

We had an experience with our range making a loud pop, and then we lost all of our electricity. We were concerned that the 220 line to the range was compromised. Mike came out, looked it all over, told us the line was good, but we needed a some new parts for the range for it to work again. That was all we really needed - reassurance the electricity was in good order. Mike was very friendly, pleasant, and business-like. And, a nice easy sense of humor. We will definitely call this company again.

Excellent service. The scheduler took good notes of my request, gave me a time estimate. Because of my work schedule, they suggested to start at 7:00 AM which greatly helped me and allowed me to talk to the electrician on the morning of service. Mike was punctual, courteous, and made me aware of some risks (wallboard repair, location of lights in case of studs at the designated spot). I gave him my cell phone number and he called me when he ran into issues, both of them were minor, before proceeding. All around, a very positive experience.

I called Reynolds Electric and within a few days, during which they coordinated schedules with my tenant, the job was done. The office staff and scheduler were helpful, courteous and professional. I will definitely use this company for future projects.

My initial phone contact requesting service was friendly & efficient. Tech showed up on the date & time as promised and fixed the problem very quickly. Biling was as expected and fair. Appreciate that Reynolds offers senior discount (per Angie's List) and supports non-profit charities. I will definitely use Reynolds for any future needs.

I was very impressed with Reynolds Electric. My only concern was that I finally had to call for the billing. When I called them they said they were having problems with the setup. Their customer service is excellent. They were very personable and they didn’t mind having my dogs watch them during the work. He had some challenges when he was changing the light to a fan and the bracing did not work but he had no problem going back after the truck and finding a different bracing system and bringing it in. They are very easy to work with so I would use them again in the future.

Mike Platz was assigned to do the estimate for me. After discussion and his rough estimate (which was reasonable) I asked if he could do it then and there. He was able to rearrange his schedule and complete the work same day(took about 3 1/2 hours). He ran conduit/wiring for 3 new electrical outlets (one of them outside) and completed work very quickly. The work is clean and neat, very professionally done. Mike was very friendly and courteous and worked quickly. I'd use these guys again without hesitation. This is a great outfit! The only friendly suggestion I'd give to them would be to send out invoice a bit sooner if possible.Thanks,

It was a slow process but it went very well. It turned out that I just didn't have enough power going to the lights, which is why they had always been so dim. Reynolds Elec. worked with me to determine the most cost effective means to providing enough power. Rather than overhaul the whole system, they recommended adding on two more transistors (not sure that is the right word). Unfortunately that meant digging a long trench to accommodate the wires. It was VERY hard work as there were so many tree roots. It took a few days to complete the digging, but it was done neatly and cleanly. Once the new transistors were installed, the trench was covered and my driveway showed no indication there had been digging. AND, my lights are bright and useful. Great job!

Mike was great! He arrived on time and was very professional. Was concerned about not leaving a mess from his work. The quote for the work was very close to what I paid. I am very happy with the work he did and would definitely use them again and would also definitely recommend them for any electrical job that you may have. I am going to hire them to do some more work around my house.

They were very flexible. They listened to what I wanted and were willing to design a solution that would work for me. They were very flexible with timing as well. They were able to send someone out when I needed it because I had various other projects going on. They were quite reasonable and the quality of the work was good. The installer was very professional.
