Description of Work: The journeyman electrician was prompt, professional, and got the job done (replacing a poorly wired junction box under our kitchen sink to support a new disposal). Cost was less than we had expected. We will be using their services again.

Description of Work: We were pleased with the quality of the work. However, they had to wait about a half an hour for a part to be delivered, that we felt should have been carried as standard in their truck. We should not have been charged for that 1/2 hour. We thought that they would leave a bill with us showing what the cost would be. The electrician said the office would send us a bill within a few days. We never received a bill until 10 days after the work. This may be typical but it was a surprise.

When providing electrical service in response to a phone call it is always a challenge to provide precise cost until a job is complete, work orders are processed, an invoice is generated and it travels through the mail. This process usually takes a minimum of five to ten days. While it is not currently possible for our electricians to immediately generate invoices at the job site we are working towards implementing the necessary remote software that [Member Name Removed] allow our electricians to provide pricing and invoicing prior to leaving a customers location. Description of Work: They enclosed some exposed wiring in my 90 year-old house. The work was cleanly done and looked great! The cost ended up being twice the estimated amount, but I still feel I got what I paid for. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They over cut our dry wall and punched a hole in the wall of the room next to it. They left our wall damaged after they upgraded our electrical box. It is still unrepaired a year later.

He rotated a receptacle in the bedroom; replaced a motion detector light on front porch; and checked out "electricity isn't right" problems with my two outdoor ponds. |He was efficient, competent, and able to systematically solve the problems with the two pond's electrical systems. Description of Work: They swapped out an old circuit breaker panel with a new one that includes surge protection for the house. The local utility company discovered a mistake in the original installation which required a change in the job requirements. The installers were able to receive the necessary equipment from the office in a timely manner. The layout of the house prevented one new circuit from being installed. The estimator, Mike, deducted that cost from the total. |

Description of Work: It was an old house electrical refit and of course there were bumps along the way. After three days of work I was really ready for it to be over with. But, crew on scene was professional and really patience with me and our needs and wants. They weren't afraid to push back and also suggest alternatives. And, on the important things they found a way to get them done. Have not seen the final bill yet, but i am sure it will be reasonable.
