Description of Work: Installed circuits for a sunroom in a converted porch; installed circuit for an electric fireplace and bathroom heater; installed the bathroom wall heater. Excellent work and professional workmen. Will continue to call them for any electrical work I need.

Description of Work: replaced old indoor unsafe electrical panel to bring it up to code. one quote i got from another company was $3900.00!! such scam artists. reynolds did it for just under $1000 and it included the inspection. use these guys, they are the real thing.

Description of Work: Contacted Reynolds to replace an older panel for a residence. They were fair in their estimate and arrived on time to look at the home and make a bid. The trouble started when they failed to notify me that they had scheduled the work. If I had not called asking about when the work was to be scheduled they would have come out to an empty house. It was easy to reschedule. The work was completed and, unfortunately they had to cut into the drywall. That means a little work for the weekend because they do not fix that. The inspector arrived for the final inspection, Reynolds failed to contact me again about this being scheduled. The inspector told us that it would not pass final inspection because the drywall was not attached to the studs. Reynolds was very apologetic and agreed to come out to bring the work up to code but only after I contacted them to make a complaint about the scheduling and leaving work that was not up to code. I know zero about this type of work and rely on a company's expertise. I felt pretty let down and will likely not use them again.

Description of Work: Their electrician, Jesse, installed a light fixture in the guest bathroom, having to wire electricity to the location. Fixed a light fixture in the kitchen over the sink that did not work. I lost count of how many trips he had to make to the attic to connect the right wiring, all the while keeping a pleasant attitude (he's 6' 4"). He also had to remove a very heavy crystal chandler during the process. I'm thrilled with both jobs. I now have bright lighting in the guest bathroom and over my sink. Wonderful! I will always use Reynolds Electric and their electrician, Jesse, for any work in the future. Andy, who schedules the appointments, is courteous and makes sure the date and time is convenient for me. Jenny, the office manager, is prompt to reply to any questions one might have. A plus is that she has a sense of humor. Their employee, Mike, was nice enough to send an email asking if he might be able to help determine if the water heaters would fit under the sinks, but I had already called my plumber. It was nice to know, though, that Reynolds Electric has employees for all aspects of the job. If it is feasible to have mini water heaters installed under my bathroom and kitchen sinks, I will be calling Andy to make an appointment for Jesse to install the outlets as soon as possible. I recommend Reynolds Electric highly! It is wonderful to know that I can rely on Reynolds Electric for any future electrical needs I might have. Prompt service, expert, knowledgable work and nice people to deal with. What more could I want! Anyone would be happy they called them if they have an electrical problem.

Description of Work: Needed two ceiling fans assembled & properly installed. I was concerned about it being a professional job because this is an old house. Mike was here at 8AM on the dot. He was extremely courteous & got right to work. As it turned out he did discover some problems in the ceiling in the bedroom that required quite a bit of extra work on his part which accounted for the extra time. My fans are working perfectly now & I would definitely use them again & would highly recommend them.
