+ -1 moreThey were very easy to work with. A finders fee is paid to them, one month of rent. They were very understanding with my current renting situation and made sure the transition would go smooth. I had tried a year ago to find a property in the Eugene area, but had no luck.
Description of Work: They helped me find a rental property. They know property managers, search other avenues. They search for what you need, i.e. I need hardwood floor. They emailed pictures, details and I would go look at them when I had 5 or 6 at a time ready.
