Quick response, good work

I needed help with weeding and general cleanup of my flower beds that had gotten out of control over the summer. We did a walkabout going over everything and I signed up. Joel and Alberto did more in a few hours than could have done in a month! It almost looks as clean as it was 30 years ago! HOWEVER... after initial cleanup: 1st weekly visit was 15 minutes blowing and picking trash then he was going to leave (I pay for an hour each week), I stopped him and asked him to trim rose bushes. 2nd weekly visit - I had to call the office since no one had shown up - 3 hours later 2 guys showed up - they were kind of put off when I asked them to trim back flowers. Here it is 3rd week - I have called and left a message again that no one has shown up. I cannot seem to get a live person on the phone. The longer it goes, the less pleased I am becoming.

Mitch was very thorough and professional. Project is not yet finished, however, I am fully confident that the job will be done as soon as possible.

Recently I was in need of a landscaping service. I was advised to contact Reese Landscapes. I called and received a courteous response. We met within a day and discussed my immediate needs and on going maintenance needs. Most importantly was the removal of a very large tree that would prove to be difficult and the short time frame in which it had to be removed. Within days they had crews working on site and had scheduled my weekly maintenance. They assembled a tree crew in a short amount of time and completed the removal. The quality of work that they perform is as good as I have ever experienced. The clean up on yard maintenance and the tree removal was exceptional. I would highly recommend Reese Landscapes.

I am very pleased with my new fence. The company had some schedule changes and were able to begin my project a week early. When the majority of the work was done, I sent them a punch list which they addressed right away.

Mitch came when scheduled and immediately "thought" he knew what to do. He repaired one leak but when I turned the system on after he left it still had a bad leak in the control head. I called immediately and was told he would be back the next day. No problem, BUT he did not show. Called again, said I would have to wait a couple days. Called two more times over the next couple days. It has now been two weeks and he has never returned. Had someone else finish the leak repair. Would not recommend them on the complete lack of customer service after they bill.

The professionalism and how they do business was exceptional. The communication after the bid was followed up on and handled professionally. They scheduled a time to come out and complete the job, in my absence, and did just that!

Very professional! Came out, gave me a bid, and did the tree service within two weeks. The crew was very attentive to hear exactly what I wanted done. Would highly recommend them.

I had a leaking sprinkler valve that the guys came promptly and fixed. They took the time to answer my questions about the sprinkler system. They were polite, professional and just nice people! I will definitely be calling Reese Landscapes for other projects.

Mitch arrived promptly and either repaired or capped off the sprinkler heads that I no longer use.

They also take care of my lawn and yard as well as sprinklers. Clean up the yard of trimmings and lawn clippings and depose of them.

We hired them to trim all the shrubs and remove ground cover. Once they were done, I laid down lawn/weed fabric and they came back and delivered and spread river rock over the entire area and around the shrubs. I've already had multiple compliments from neighbors.

We hired them to install new sprinklers in some areas and replace what was needed. They were so good, enthusiastic, capable, and just so easy to work with that we kept on asking them to do more for us. Our yard looks superb thanks to them. We are looking for other projects for them because they are easy to work with and so very competent. A+ Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love Mitch and the team.

I just love these guys! They did a terrific job on my yard and I would definitely hire them back for more work!

They found a simple solution for the sprinkler problem that had me perplexed. On another problem they suggested a better solution than what I had in mind. Very happy with the work they did.

It was just a minor problem and they tweaked a couple of things to get the system back up to snuff. This is a local vendor, a father/son team, honest, pleasant, professional and straight-talking. I plan to use them again as soon as I have a need.

Reese Landscapes was awesome. Work was perfect and clean. Mitch & his crew were wonferful and professional. Would recommend to everyone for landscaping needs. These guys rock!!! And Renelle was the best!!! =)

Mitch came out, reviewed the work I wanted done and gave me a fair price. The workers arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job.

I was referred to him by a neighbor , they were on time, they listened and gave us fair pricing. They did the work on a timely manner, they cleaned after themselves and I will definitely use him again for my other properties
