+ 0 moreOnce the job was started, he and his crew were fast and obviously skilled and experienced. They were polite and the results are suburb. He followed the plans to the letter and added some improvements we had not thought of. He did not tear up the lawn or leave a mess anywhere.
Description of Work: The contractor built forms and poured concrete to make a small patio and a walkway around the back yard.

Description of Work: RFP sent for corrective work on work preformed by another contractor. This contractor replied in a timely matter that he would not submit a proposal because of time restrains he had with other work. Requests for proposals fo this work was from your list .

+ -1 moreThe work performed while I was out of town, however neighbor reported the workers had all been hard-working and courteous. The resulting driveway is totally satisfactory.
Description of Work: Installed new concrete driveway. Removed old tar and gravel surface, and removed large rocks on on each side of old driveway. Excavated enough soil to provide flat surface and conform to surrounding areas. Installed concrete retaining wall to replace rocks on north side of driveway. Installed approximately 50' x 11' concrete driveway.
