Great! They were immediately responsive in setting up an estimate time and then appt although I was hard to reach. Windows were incredibly clean and single washer was very efficient and courteous. We had a door knob break in their hands. They went and bought a new door knob and installed. I knew the door knob was an issue before they touched it, but I had to force them to accept reimbursement for the cost of doorknob (I accepted the free labor).

This is the third year in a row I have hired Professional Shine to clean my windows, inside and out. I was introduced to this company when I visited a friends home that had recent construction. When I asked when they were going to have the windows installed, I was told that the windows were already in and had been cleaned by this company. I was sold! I made a phone call and had Jered Moss, the head of the company, come to my house to access the job and give me an estimate of the cost. When he came to clean the windows he brought all tools and materials with him, worked quickly and professionally, cleaned window frames, storm windows, screens and hardware in addition to the basic windows. Because our outside walls are filled with panels of windows, it is important to me that the windows are very clear. We have a beautiful view out of them when they are clean . . . so we can see the view rather than the window. Jered has accomplished this each time he has worked for us. Jered is also very pleasant to speak with and have working at our home. I highly recommend his work to others.
