Description of Work: My husband and I purchased a living social deal with this company and had them come out and give an estimate/quote. He was very prompt to schedule the initial visit and wrote the quote up for $650. We felt the price was reasonable and were prepared to move forward, given the size of the job he indicated it could be done soon maybe on an upcoming Saturday or something. He required 50% down up front and due to the fact that we had purchased a living social coupon, we need to pay $300 at the time the quote was signed. I just went ahead and wrote him a check for $350, and he confirmed the job would be done very soon. We have never heard from him, and he cashed the check within a day of receiving it. Between my husband and I we have called both numbers provided approximately 6-7 times with no return call. We have now realized we were scammed, and have decided to move forward with another company. This is his website http://premiumfenceeugene.com/ and he is using CCB#196015. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; DO NOT LET THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO YOU!

+ -1 morePF&C gave me an estimate. A few weeks later I decided to go with them for my fence. Jon came by and scheduled me for 6 weeks later as he was booked up, and he took a 50% deposit of $1417 for the fence job. I called him a few times over the next 6 weeks asking for minor changes in the fence plan, he never answered my calls or returned them. The day before he was supposed to come I called him to confirm and he answered but was confused, I think he though I was someone else. He then proceeded to stammer that he was running a week behind. I asked if that meant he would be out next week? He just repeated about a week behind. I never spoke with him again as he never answered or returned another call. I called again the next day and left a message asking him to call me and firm up a day he would begin work. I called several times the next week suggesting that if he can't get it done soon that we maybe we should just cancel the job. Never heard anything. Went by his house/place-of-business and spoke to his wife about him calling me back; she took a message, but I never heard from him. At this point I am forced to file a CCB claim and try to get my deposit back. This is the absolute worst I have ever seen... not even pretending to lament he is busy, or delayed, or will be out next month... just nothing, completely ignoring my calls... and the fact he has my $1417. How is this guy in business.
