Tim is a man of skill, professionalism, and honor. My husband has done a lot of remodeling and although not able to this job, we thought he'd be more involved in the job as it proceeded. As it turned out, he wasn't able to do that. We had to leave everything to Tim including picking out all the paint colors and light fixtures. He kept in close touch, always asked if we would prefer to do something or have him do it. His selections were better than ours. He determined what needed to be done, did it, and did it beautifully. He saved us... below budget, by the way. I would contract with him again in a heartbeat. Strongly, strongly recommend.

They were wonderful. I really liked them. They were very communicative the whole way. They talked about the issues and gave me options on materials and price. I felt like I was just as well informed as they were. I was very pleased. It was a 3 man team and they had a mobile setup. They were very conscientiousness, professional and friendly.

Member Comments: The whole experience was great. The subcontractor and his men arrived as scheduled, were very efficient, did everything they promised. They had the old concrete torn out and hauled away within a couple of days. Put in the forms and rebar for the new concrete just as quickly and efficiently. The concrete was poured over a two day period and they finished it with hand-made swirls and grooves to make an attractive non-slip surface. After the concrete was set, they came promptly and removed the forms, etc. There were some splatters of concrete on the siding, a couple of paint scrapes, and a small piece of wood trim was broken; nothing major and certainly understandable with all the equipment, etc. being used. Tim of Pepperhouse came out and repaired the small piece of broken trim, touched up the paint there and everywhere else there was a scrape, and washed off any remaining splatters so that the whole house looked neat and trim. I couldn't have asked for a better, more efficient, and well-done job. I'm very happy with the process and the outcome.
