I liked that they were prompt which I wanted at that time. That was why I went with them. Other than that, we’ve been finding things wrong ever since they finished. When they put in a through-the-wall air conditioner they left the exterior exposed to the elements. They didn’t finish the painting; the interior painting is just very poorly done. I have cataract and couldn’t really see how bad it was and so other people pointed it out to me later. The installed a ladder up to the attic and ran it right into a vent hose that they also had put in. The whole thing is just really not done the way it should be. The person who recommended them said and this was truthful that Rick the owner of the company was very nice and talked to her about what she wanted and so forth and made it look like what she wanted. He was very nice and they were there everyday working on this and give things so that it was apparently the way she wanted but then later when I told her what happened with me she said, "Well, you know, there are several things in my garage that aren’t the way I thought he had done them either" They were shiesty; they made things look good on the surface but underneath they were really bad.
