Oregon Roof Cleaners were very quick to schedule an estimate and came in about $100 less than my second choice of contractors. I received a copy of my estimate on-line, and after I scheduled them I was given a reminder on the day of service via email. They were very prompt, friendly, and just nice guys that I felt completely comfortable having around my home. The work was done within the time estimated- a bit faster actually, which was nice. I would absolutely use this company again (and will). My roof looks great!

I was fairly impressed with Jaffet, the business owner with the cost estimate and work promise but was quite disapointed in the end due to many factors. 1. Crew arrived 2 hours late without a phone call on the designated work appointment day. 2. Crew did not complete the job and forgot the pool pump house. Although owner should have met them at the site to show them the buildings that needed attention and were apart of the bidded job. 3. Despite the verbal promise and website verbage, crew did not do an adequate job of clean-up. Roof and gutter debris on patio table, shrubs and plants, concrete patio area and walkways. Gutter debris on some area of the siding and did not wipe down the gutters after cleaning. 4. Receptionist indicated owner would re-visit to do a better job with clean-up on the following Saturday morning but failed to show up or call to re-schedule. 5. I asked that I be apprised of the anticipated re-visit of the crew and she said that she would call me and did not. 6. The crew arrived unannounced through our security gate and proceeded to "finish the job". 7. The crew unchained an access gate to the back of our property to obtain access to our pool pump house and failed to close it upon leaving which, left our chickens roaming our property!

They came, did the work, and cleaned up nice too.

Came on time, didn't have to wait around, guys were done about 4 hours. It looked great. Cleaned up after themselves I would have them again. Very courteous people. Jaffet when he came over for the free estimate he was on time and very knowledgable about moss and cleaning it. He showd several examples of his work I found it to be goo information. Excellent job!
