OREGON ORGANIC CARPET CLEANING

The building tenants all agreed they'd prefer an environmentally friendly cleaning process. This was the only company I could find. When I called, the guy who answered the phone was not rude but neither was he friendly. He answered my questions and volunteered no information. When asked to bid the job he flatly refused. He said his minimum price was $90 and that the workers would provide a price just prior to beginning the job. Based on my understanding of the square footage, he offered a $90 non-binding estimate. I contacted Stanley Steemer from Angie's List. They offered information about their services, offered off-hour service options, and made special arrangements to bid the job. Their bid was $90. The office complex chose Oregon Organic. The work itself was fine. The cleaning team arrived on time and got right to work. The price was not fine, 2/3 more than I was lead to expect - a rude surprise.
