Had a great experience working with Luke even though I never met him face to face. I am very busy so did not have time to do a bunch of research or get recommendations from friends. Luke's web site is extremely professional. I especially liked the look of the posted example report. I was able to schedule the appointment online and then all further communication was through email. Luke coordinated with my agent and showed up at the property on time. He found a lot of issues, some extremely important down to the mundane. I could not be happier. I was able to use his report to negotiate a lower price on the home and to ensure some issues were fixed before I took ownership. Feedback from the previous owner was he was extremely friendly and professional. If ever asked I will be sending my friends to Luke.

Luke Rabun was thorough, flexible, and prompt. He answered all our questions, and gave us a solid understanding the condition of the house we're buying. He was clear about issues he couldn't directly observe due to restricted access, and described the range of possibilities in such case so we could come to informed judgments. His report was thorough and easy to understand. The next day, when we had a question about one item, he was immediately available to respond and provided an amended report that clarified that detail. We are very happy with Luke's service and professionalism, and won't hesitate to recommend him to others and use him in the future.
