Bruce came over and began to look at the system. It took a while to figure out how it was put together and there were 3 different control boxes. He was bit taciturn and hard to get information out of at first and I was afraid the visit was going to be a waste of time and part of what I needed was information about the system, however, he did warm up a bit and started to tell me what I needed to know. All in all, he was very knowledgeable about the system and got things working. My only complaints is that that I wish the company would have sent two people. We are on rural property and I feel like the time spent running back and forth to switch the box on or off or advance to stations and then going to see what was happening would have paid for an extra person.

They are exceptional. The best you can get. I'd recommend them. Everything you could mention about them is top notch.

WOW! Gordon and his tech are #1! A++++! He explained everything possible about the system. We are new homeowners knowing very little about irrigation systems. He taught me how to use it from step 1 through end of year draining. He fixed messed up heads, a broken piece, the timer was messed up but he corrected it (mind you, he could've told me it was too old and fried and needed to be replaced but he didn't). He worked with my schedule and got me help immediately. I just can't say enough good things about this company! Highly recommend!

Gordon is the owner and the person that came out. He comes out twice a year. He comes out every spring and fall. I will continue to use him.

They come out every spring and turn on the system and check for any repairs needed, then come back out in fall to shut the system off. They are very good. They charge $50 in spring and $50 in fall.

Took a couple of days to return my call but very professional and everything went smoothly.

They were good to work with the prices was excellent. I would recommend without hesitation.

We've been talking since Oct. 2011 when system shut down. To date nothing has happened. I've hired another irrigation company who has completed the work. Rainscapes, Eugene, ORand gt;

I would use them again.

Bruce ended up spending the entire day at the house correcting the damage that the city project had done and then moving and repairing numerous sprinklers. Much of the repair was complicated and difficult due to the original construction of the system and subsequent tree root growth. He was a terrific problem solver!!
