Have used for 6 weeks. One week on Thursday one on Friday One on Saturday one not sure and two skipped. Called them 6 days ago to request a quote to have the shrubbery trimmed away from the house as we are going to paint the exterior. Call returned the next day and I was told they would be here in 2-3 hours for the weekly service and would give a quote during the scheduled service. that was 6 days ago no service no quote

Generally, the work performed was fine. However, Nod's has the same problem that led me to cancel my service previously: They don't show up when they're scheduled to, and there's no notification to let one know that they're not coming when expected. The crew seemed to be changing all the time, making me think that, for whatever reason, Nod's cannot maintain a crew for any sustained period of time. Don Worman is a good man with, I think, good intentions. But, there's a disconnect somewhere.

I called Nod's because a tree had fallen on one of my rental properties. I was in a bind because I was out of town and the unit was being shown to prospective buyers. He came out removed it and cleaned up both yards and sprayed weed killer too. Always great service. Both my tenants love him - totally professional.

hired him to simply mow the lawn at my rental property. he took it upon himself to perform a full lawn maintenance, then showed up twice a week for a few months and sent me a bill for $600. I asked him for details of when he visited and what work he performed and was unable to send me any detailed bills. kept harassing me for payment. I finally paid him over time but it was a horrible experience. the paypal button on his web site took my money but he kept sending me bills with nasty notes. asked my renter out on a few dates while he was there. stopped service because he was a creep.

They did an okay job. I wasn't pleased with the work that they did, but it wasn't so bad that it was problematic. They left a lot of the dirt in my yard on the grass that was still growing. They did a little bit of damage on the back porch and sheared off a sprinkler head. They came back and replaced the sprinkler head. They didn't do one of the services that I had asked them to perform. I wouldn't use them again. I would recommend being there when they do the work. I wasn't able to be there when they worked.

Nod's has provided a service above and beyond our expectations! We are very pleased with the services provided and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!

Although he moved the yard twice, he never came out to do the overall weeding and cleanup. I guess the moral of the story is to get the major work done first before the routine mowing.

Don and his crew arrived on time. He gave the crew directions after discussing with me on our initial meeting what I wanted. The part that disappointed me was that after giving instructions, Don left the site. I was lead to believe I was contracting with him. The workers whacked down things that shouldn't have been. I don't think this would have happened with proper supervision. The work was just fair. Some berries and obvious weeds were missed.

They were fine. They were fast workers. They told me how much it would cost and they stuck to it. They cleaned up afterward. The power equipment was very loud. They had to cancel the first appointment because of an injury, but they kept the second one. I will use them again in the future.

They were of very high quality. The thing that stood out to me was that they did an excellent job of cleaning things up when they are done.

Nod Lawn was on time and do good job.

I called Nod's on Monday and Don called me back that night. He came on Tuesday to see the job and came on Saturday with 2 workers to do the job. Our lawn hadn't been mowed since early last fall and was a mess. The lawn now looks beautiful. They weeded and covered with cloth 2 large areas of yard. They trimmed shrubs and trees and cleared the moss off of the house, studio and sheds. The crew was pleasant and cheerful and I'd definitely have them back if needed.

My yard was looking pretty scrappy compared to the neighbors, so one day when I heard the lawnmower I walked down the street and arranged for Nod's to come by my place and take over. I am thrilled with their work. They are no-nonsense hard-working gardeners and the yard looks great. They trimmed the tree limbs and hauled everything away. The charge is about $30.00 per person hour (there's a team of two) and for a 1/3 acre yard with lots of plantings I pay around $130 and feel it's a fair price. They get more done in a half an hour than my old gardener could do in a month, and I recommend them without hesitation. They also told me they could clean out gutters when that time comes and de-moss the roof. They are careful and respectful and make sure the gates are closed and the dog doesn't escape.
