A guy named Russell came out. He upgraded my computer from vista to windows 7 platform. He gave me advice on what I needed and did not need and he told me to stay away from windows 8. It is a subscription service. I can call them up and they can take care of a lot of my computer problems over the phone. They have been invaluable that way. If I have been hacked into, they can go ahead and take care of my computer right there. They cost $25 a month. I sometimes think, why do I have this and then I get hacked into and they have been there Johnny on the spot. I highly recommend them. I have been pleased with anybody that I have gotten over the phone. He is very friendly, knows his stuff, and is a straight shooter. I am glad that I have them; I have been using them for about 2 ½ years now. There has not been a time where I have called and they have not been on the job and taking care of problems. I am very pleased with them.

Overall it was a very bad experience with employees that were poorly trained in experience or customer service.
Description of Work: I called these people because my guy was on vacation for a couple of weeks. When I called I told them the problem A repeater the brand and model number. They scheduled it out about 5 days. First thing on arrival tried to sell me up on about $1000. to $1100. dollars of extra work. This was before any thing was done to repair my problem. The tech brought in a different brand of router hooked it up to my house computer, than stated he did not know how to hook up my shop computer on the repeater for wireless connection. They would have to send another tech that knew how to do this hook up 2 days latter. First thing he brought in a new repeater and said that I needed it. After he fooled around for a while it was very obvious to me he knew nothing so I asked him to leave which he did do. He did not charge me for this call since nothing was done or bought. Back to the first tech he also charged me $70. to reconnect hy wife I PAD which took all of 5 minutes if that. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone.
