Micheals Tile N Stone

This guy did an exceptionally poor job on my outdoor kitchen cabinet! It looked great when he did it, but he wouldn't come back and seal it like promised, and all the grout between the tiles is cracking and falling off, I called and sent pictures and he has so far refused to come and fix it, and has now stopped returning calls or texts. All the wood on the top if my cabinet is now wet and damaged, so I know have to pay someone else even more money to fix his horrible workmanship, and they are charging me more to fix another contractors damage. I spent almost 2 grand on this job, and paid for all the materials, And now I won't be able to use my outdoor kitchen till next year. I have left reviews on 3 other sites, and there were several other unhappy customers that left reviews before me. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!

Michael did an excellent job for us. He worked with our schedule - which was a bit tricky - he removed all of the old tile and put in new tile. There was a mix up with the grout at the end and Michael and his son Elijah came back for an extra half day (no extra charge) to repair the mistake. The end result is beautiful and we are very happy with his work. I highly recommend Michael's Tile & Stone. Attached photos show before (brown tile) and after (gray tile).

It was horrible. The shower pan liner does not seal the bottom, the tiles were installed incorrectly, we fixed that but then he used an old level and mis-laid the tiles with an inch of mortar. Had to all be removed and have lost a lot of tiles due this. This was the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Loud, disruptive to me, and my pets. Dust everywhere from cutting concrete board inside, damage to walls from hitting them going in and out. Also totally unprepared, did not bring extension cord, towels, or even spacers!. I found my hammer covered in mortar left as is. I would not recommend.

Everything went great. Michael worked with us on some specialty tiles that we ordered that needed a lot of cutting and fitting. He was professional the whole way. Most importantly, he got the job done quickly and was dedicated to getting us back in our bathroom as soon as possible.
