+ -1 moreThe counter guy is friendly and knowledgeable. They told me a week to repair my chainsaw, I called back in a week and the repair guy said another week because lawnmowers were taking a priority. " People need their lawnmowers repaired more than chainsaws right now". Paraphrasing but that is pretty close, he didn't quite say it but the impression was very strong that my repair got bumped for the lawnmowers. They did only take another 3 days to call and say the chainsaw was not repairable because the part (ignition coil) was no longer available. They did not charge me for the evaluation. I got the part number from another shop and found one on ebay. I had good experiences here before with my weedeater but after this I will look for another shop.
