 + -1 moreLeft message and the next day got a call back. My husband was told someone would come the same day but no time committed and would call when on the way. We waited from 11:00 am until 2:30 pm, with no call back. We needed to be able to set up a time so we can plan our own day. Didn't like the idea of having to wait around until ?? (Who knows). We phoned and left another message, when can we expect an estimate? Do they want the job? Half hour later we received a phone call and were told the job was too far out and no one was coming. Needless to say we were very disappointed and surprised by the lack of understanding and professionalism. We do not recommend this service.

 + -1 moreI really liked them. He was able to come right away. I liked the price because I thought that it would be a lot more. He suggested that my grandchildren watch some cartoon and we have been doing that. He did a really good job. He was on time and he was good. The price was reasonable.

Description of Work: We had a snow storm that took 2/3 of a huge tree down and he came and took down the other 1/3 that was leaning over our house.
