Description of Work: When my in laws moved here and bought a house, they found that there were some issues with the heat pump. They had received an estimate from a well known company in town for $1200. they even told them that they needed a new thermostat in the house which wasn't true. We called Mitch and he came out and fixed the problem which turned out to be a minor fix, and cleaned out the outside housing and gave my father in law a veterans discount for a total of around $280.00. He was prompt, clean and professional. I would highly recommend him and have to friends who have had similar experiences.

+ -1 moreThe contractor is very personable and was my first choice until the very end. All aspects of his business are sound and the only reason I didn't use him is because he doesn't sell the particular product I wanted after getting many bids and looking online.
