+ -1 moreGreat. They were quick to come out and get an estimate and could schedule my project two days later. And their bid was about $500 less than the other estimate. Because my project was so small in square foot, the other company had a minimum project amount that was their base. Lodge was willing to go lower than that. Arrived on time, were very professional, and did a great job removing the linoleum without too many nicks in the wood floor. I had a follow-up question about the air sampling reports they sent me, and they answered quickly and professionally.
Description of Work: Removed two layers of linoleum, top layer containing asbestos. I wanted to leave the existing douglas fir floors and so they left those intact, with just the black backing from the bottom layer of non-contaminated linoleum.
