The original contact with this business was pleasant. Samuel came out as scheduled to listen to our plans for raising a sunken living room floor and replacing the hardwood, which was ruined by the previous owner's remodel job. He answered all my questions and said we'd have a job estimate in a week. Exactly one week went by, no contact, so I called the office, reminded the man who answered (he didn't give his name) who we were and asked if they had an estimate for us. He took our contact information again and said we'd have an email reply within a week. That's the last we've ever heard from them. Note to all tradespeople: I trust anyone who runs a business to be the best judge of their own workflow. If my job is too small for you to bother with just say so. No harm, no foul, and best of all, no wasting my time as I wait for you to get back to me. I'll just look for someone else, or you could even recommend someone to me. It's the brush-off I won't forget, and I have no problem letting others know about it. What no one at his business bothered to ask was whether or not we planned further remodeling. We do, and we're willing to spend a whole lot more money on it. Getting this living room floor done is partly an audition for a lot of other work we plan to do in the next few months. Guess who won't be doing the floors on that one?

Quick response for the estimate. Got the scheduled and done quickly and the floors look wonderful! The workers that did the job were nice and patient. The job was done on time and the floors wer ready when it was time to move in.

I was not very happy with Llama Flooring. There was a lot of damage to the moulding, to the edges of the wood. There was discolouring as well. I was spoken to very rudely when I called about this. Will not use them in future again.

Llama Floors representative arrived the day after we called to give us an estimate. She was patient and professional in answering our questions and helping us to understand the issues involved and what we hoped to do. We regret we were unable to use their services at this time.

This is a top notch company. The quality is excellent, the price well worth it. Installed hickory floor in the guest room and it looks so good I don't even want to put furniture on it. The finish is beautiful.

I wasn't sure how much floor to refinish and how much to leave carpeted. They were fine with my indecision and eventually I decided to have everything done except one bedroom, the kitchen and bath. Llama relied heavily on one trusted worker who did an excellent job. They were obviously doing several other jobs simultaneously, but kept the progress on mine as scheduled.

Llama Wooden Floor is very skilled in the flooring business. My floors look like brand new. Their price was very reasonable and there was no clean up for me. They are the type of company that gives 100% to their customers and I am a very pleased with them.
