Larry was fabulous. His price was much lower than another estimate we had. He came over on the day I called and explained our situation. He had the right tools and could tell exactly where the moisture was in the ceiling and how much sheetrock that would entail to make everything safe and dry and ready to paint. Larry installed new insulation and sheetrock. He applied the mud to the ceiling and matched everything up perfectly. We thought he was very thorough, punctual, and professional. The quality of his work is excellent.

Mr.. Shaver was referred to us from another Angie's list provider. He promptly returned our phone call and was flexible with our schedule. He was punctual, courteous and did a great job with the project. Equally important was that his price was very reasonable. We definitely would contact Mr. Shaver for future work and would have no reservation recommending Mr. Shaver to anyone.

While getting our home ready to sell, we had a leak in an upstairs bathroom and two holes in our ceiling from the plumbers fix. Our handyman fixed the holes but was having a difficult time applying texture to match the surrounding acoustical ceiling. Luckily I found Larry on Angie's List! He did a fantastic job! He set up a floor to ceiling spray booth around the holes to make sure the texture didn't get everywhere. The actual spraying took him about 5-10 minutes and looked very good. He came the very next day after we called him and the price he quoted us was the price we paid.

Larry installed drywall, applied mud and prepped house in preparation for sanding. He did an excellent job and cleans up his debris. He is on time and very easy and comfortable to have in one's home. He is focused and very professional. We highly recommend his work and are very grateful that Carlson & Strand Painting referred him.
