Everything went smooth and happy with the service.

They met the deadline that they said when they would have it ready because it was made from scratch. We also had their installation done on time.

I emailed photos of the two cabinet doors to Lanz customer service. They were very prompt in their response and scheduled a time to pick-up or drop-off. The doors were fixed within a week's time. One door the glass came loose and the other door had cracked. The glass door was reset and is no longer lose, the other cabinet door was glued not replaced, unfortunately. I am in communication with Lanz for a cabinet door that has cracking paint. While I think their customer service is good it's rather unfortunate that the product is lasting - it's only been a year since installation and I am surprised that I am having these issues. Initial installation was performed by a local contractor.

It was a wonderful experience for my family. They were very professional from the design to the mesurements to the fabrication to the delivery. They were the easiest part of my remodel project. Thanks again to everyone at Lanz.

The process went pretty well and on schedule. I enjoyed working with Lanz Cabinets, and they are professional and courteous. I felt the quality of wood was somewhat inferior as the look of the grain was not uniform throughout the vanity. It looked like pieces of "seconds" to me, with every drawer looking a different pattern. I didn't like that very much, but after you get the vanity in the bathroom and the hardware installed, one doesn't really notice it so much. The grain was going horizontally on the drawers and vertically on the doors, so they even look a different color because of the way the light hits the wood. That also is annoying, but overall acceptable. I am pleased with these cabinets in general.

I had no idea what all could be done in a new kitchen and felt awkward in my first meeting. After several questions, Kim was able to explain to me what was out there and spent a while just showing me what my options were. Since I get at least 3 bids on a project, I took those ideas to other cabinet shops and each time came away with a little something different. It wound up that I had more changes and had to email Kim and ask her to change it and give me another bid. I then had Christine come out and she did the measuring and sent me the plans and all the details of each cabinet to me via email. We communicated via email and made little changes to get it just the way I wanted it. She was going to be on vacation when the cabinets were to be delivered and let me know that ahead of time. The cabinets were actually delivered a few days earlier than expected, a nice surprise. Since we were going to install the cabinets ourselves, we were more than a little overwhelmed when we got home and the whole living room was full of cabinets. It was nice to see that each cabinet was numbered and a plan to show what went where was easy to read and understand. Christine was very quick to respond to questions and encouraged me to ask if we had anymore problems. One of the large doors was a tad bit warped and it was replaced within a few days and delivered.

We never thought we could afford custom all-wood cabinets, but Lanz's price came in $2,000 LESS than a supply store s price quote for stock cabinets (same layout). The person we worked with was very professional and saw the whole job through from start to finish. They were very accessible and prompt in returning calls. The cabinets are gorgeous and exactly as described to us. They threw in some nice upgrades for free as well.
