Erik Cheney was our sales rep and he was very responsive. He ended up creating three different quotes for us because of all the changes that we made. We discussed our desire with him to save some money by purchasing the phone units online and just buying the main system from him. He was still very willing to help us and didn't seem upset in the slightest. However, in the end we decided to purchase the phones from them as well because the price difference wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with two different suppliers. Especially if there ended up being any issues. Eric Russell took care of the install and he did a great job. He helped us with the maintenance of our previous phone system as well and he has always been willing to answer all the questions we have. I would highly suggest this company.
