 + 0 moreEverything went very well with one exception! They found out I needed a new DVD/CD player. Wayne called and asked me if I wanted him to order a replacement. I asked if my computer was worth the cost, (my laptop is currently 6 years old,) and he said, "yes" he thought it was still in good working order. The part took a little longer to get than we expected but it's now in and working like a charm, just like the rest of my laptop.
Description of Work: My laptop was a mess. It was running so slow it was agonizing. My mouse had a mind of its own, going where it wanted and doing what it wanted. So I decided it was time to call my favorite computer cleaner-upper guys! They are the best and the only ones I trust with my computer. It always comes back much better than when it left. I've been with Wayne and Rob for almost five years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Description of Work: This was the third time I've had to request help from ACT. Rob called me the following morning after a frantic call for 'help' from me the prior evening. Rob was able to electronically "climb on board" my computer and repair the problem as I sat and watched. It was not only fast but amazing, and quite enjoyable to watch. Rob's business partner Wayne, has also helped me in the past. Both men are extremely knowledgeable, affable, and above all, honest in their business dealings. My computer had some bugs on it and they had to take it with them for two days, which included my password -- I never once felt it was a mistake trusting them with this information. My trust was proven to be correct!
