Joe arrived at the scheduled time. Promptly analyzed the situation and suggested a solution. Asked me if I wanted another door to use the same key so I didn't have to carry multiples. Installed the new knobs quickly, and reset the other door so now one key fits all the deadbolts and all the doorknob locks. I would definitely hire Joe again. Very satisfied.

It was 6mo ago so I don't remember more than what I said. I do know that I would not use the same guy again.

They were a bit late for the estimate, but on time for the actual work. I was able to call the office and that helped get the person here for the estimate. The locksmith who did the work was on time, did good work, several doors needed work, it required about 90 minute of work. The new locks matched the color of the old locks, same person did the estimate, and the work, so he brought the right hardware with him to do the work. All keyed to a common key to make my life easier. I would recommend Keyhole Locksmith, would use them again.

I described the problem over the phone. He said I could avoid a service charge if I removed the lock and brought it to the shop myself. He told me how to remove it. I took it in, he made some adjustments, oiled the lock, tested it, and gave it back with suggestions about how to reinstall it. The repair took half a minute and he refused to take any money for it. He was well acquainted with the particular type and brand of lock and told me what to watch out for with it..

I had an appointment to have our new house rekeyed. Appointment time was scheduled for 1 pm. Keyhole called to ask if they could come out early. This was absolutely no problem as I was just waiting around for them to come. They were very courteous and I would not hesitate to use there services in the future.

I made a same day appointment. Their locksmith came on time, was thorough, resourceful, competent, and kept me informed of my options before and during the work. He was not rushed and was clearly here to do the job right. All locks and keys have performed well ever since.

The house had no dead bolts. The locksmith showed up on time and installed 3 deadbolt locks, new entry lock, and three chain boxes that created a lot of wood debris, but he cleaned it up before he left. He stayed for four hours which to me was an indication that he was taking his time to do quality work.
