John returned my initial call promptly. We set a time, and he called me from his last job to let me know he was on his way. He put down a tarp to protect the floor and calmly went about his work. The faucet works beautifully. I couldn't be happier with his work.

Excellent work, they installed a very large water-heater down 3 flights of narrow stairs. A+ work. We had our handy-man install a new sink for us but it was never quite right - John and his apprentice, completely re-plumbed the sink and disposal and now it is perfect. JTP is not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

John did an excellent job & he also took care of the electrician coming to do his part of the service. John was on time & did exactly what he promised to do. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.

I'd give him A's all the way down.

As expected...

He is amazing! He solved several problems I didn't think could be solved (replaced tub drain covers in our manufactured home which we did not realize could be removed), fixed kitchen faucet washers and the sprayer which had totally stopped working for years.) I am so pleased because a previous plumber had not realized that we even could get out the bathtub drain covers and they were a big problem for years. Also I had just tolerated not having the use of the sink sprayer, and now I use it many times a day. It is great to have it working again. He also gave me good advice about several other things. Prompt, courteous, efficient, professional. A wonderful plumber. I would definitely use him again.

i always have had a professional experience with John. He has taken care of various plumbing problems and installed two water heaters in previous years.

He gave me an estimate and the bill he gave me was exceedingly detailed and it all made perfect sense to me and was what I expected. As he went through, I was there when he was working on it and he would always tell me if you do it this way it will cost this much or you can do it this way for this much, so I felt like I knew what was going on all the time. I probably spent a little more than what I wanted to but it is right in line with what was needed to be done. The work was perfect. He clearly knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. He loves his work and he does very good work.

He was prompt, efficient and friendly. I have called him for work twice since then and he's been booked up, but has given me names of other plumbers to contact.

I like him. He gave me a good price and did good work.
