John Parker Drywall LLC

Initially I was pleased with John Parker's professionalism -- he showed up to give the estimate when he said he would, and send the estimate by e-mail. When I e-mailed back, though, I got no response. Finally I reached him by phone. He said that he doesn't know how to do e-mail and that his wife sends out the estimates for him. I don't know why she can't read him e-mail responses, or why he doesn't warn customers that e-mail replies won't work. But, okay. So then I tried to arrange for a time to get the work done. He said he was booked up and would call me back later. When I hadn't heard from him, I phoned again. He said he was booked for many weeks but would put me on the schedule for September and call closer to the time. September came and I didn't hear. I phoned and left a message and got no response. I phoned again and left a message and got no response. At this point it was November and I gave up. It beats me why he would go through the motions of giving an estimate and then never do the work, or even bother to tell me he couldn't.
