+ -1 moreThis guy is unbelievable - dependable, friendly, honest, committed to doing good work. He has many many references. He said he has never advertised, all word of mouth and I can see why. He's great! He took such an interest in making sure the job went well.
Description of Work: Removed concrete at my house, recommended other people for me to hire to do other jobs. His subcontractors were highly skilled also.

+ -1 moreThe entire project went smoothly. We hired Joey because of two good projects he'd done for us in the past. At contract signing, he presented a three week timeline for the project with all tasks scheduled. Every task was worked on and completed when scheduled (+/- a day in a few cases). All Joey's subcontractors did great work and were respectful and tidy as they worked within our house. We were especially impressed with the artistic color sensitivity of Joey's interior painter. The ONLY issue was a toilet tissue fixture that accidentally got left off the list of plumbing supplies. We had reviewed and approved that quote without noticing the omission, so we had a 70% share of responsibility for that oversight.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel: replace tub-shower with custom cultured marble shower, including seat and grab bars, replace sink & countertop, add electric sockets/GFI circuits, replace toilet, add bidet seat to toilet, add reading light, add grab bars, new vinyl floor, retexture walls and repaint, replace plumbing fixtures and towel fixtures.
