Excellent quality, very professional and friendly (do not agree with some Yelp reviewers who complained about service), ready ahead of schedule. Best shoe repair in our area. Would definitely go back!

Very professional, not too friendly, but fast and high quality work done for very little money. You can barely tell my puppy destroyed my shoe strap. Would use them again!!

In short my experience with this place was awful and I would never go back. I was told it would take a week and they would call me when my shoes and belt were ready. I never recieved the call so I called them. I was told it was taking a bit longer so within a couple more weeks I called again. Still not ready. This time I went down to the shop and the man couldn't even find my shoes or belt. He said they had so much going on they were around somewhere. This made me very frustrated. I had brought in some of my best shoes, Prada, Gucci, and Chanel and they couldn't find them! I thought surely they have put them on eBay. I started coming in every week. One of the times the man told me my shoes where at his house because sometimes they do that. Another time it was his wife who would know where the shoes were. I was also told that he also had a biking business as well and sometimes things got mixed up. Completely unacceptable! I happen to see one of my shoes in a pile which I demanded to take back. He said he hadn't gotten to it yet and to leave it another week and he would. He was crazy to offer this as he hadn't proved reliable in the past. I recieved my shoes and belt bit by bit. I never got an apology or even a refund. 4 of the shoe did get the repairs, which were medicore and the other two never got repaired. The belt was the only thing that got done right. I brought my shoes in September and did not get everything back again until the following March. This place is horrible and I will never go back. I would take my shoes all the way to Portland before I ever go back to this place. It's the first time I actually considered taking someone to small claims court. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a business.
Description of Work: Brought in six pairs of very high end shoes and belt. The belt needed to be shortend. The shoes needed vaious repairs.

I explained to the biker-looking guy (which I thought was cool) the problem and what I wanted done. He then looked at the shoes and told me that they needed patches on the inside, EXACTLY what I'd just told him. Wrote up the claim check for me. Said they wouldn't be ready until after 4pm a week later. A week goes by, and I go in to pick them up about 2:15pm. I hand him my claim check, he wanders around trying to find the shoes, then asks me what kind they are. Finds them 5 min. later and says they're not ready, pointing out they'd been promised after 4. I apologize and come back the next day. He can't find them again, asks what kind they are again, then tells me they STILL aren't ready. No apology, but I cut them slack because they're a local business. Come back the day after that and same thing: even with the claim check it takes 3-4 min. to find them, but they're ready. Never an apology, never thanks for my business, zero customer service. It was like they were doing me a favor.
Description of Work: I had a pair of split-toe Oxford dress shoes on which the leather had started to crack at the bend of my toes (my fault since I didn't keep the leather treated and clean). I took both in to see if it could be patch from the inside before the leather cracked completely through.
