+ -1 moreKevin Irelan was doing the upkeep on the grounds where my Fiance was living. The Willamette Towers in Eugene, it looked like the building should be in a golf course, everything done well, even trimming the grass edges with scissors. He worked with us on the price, said he normally charged an hourly amount, offered a set amount. See above for the rest of the story
Description of Work: Helped with grounds keeping, and on our roof with the moss problem. Asked if there might be other things needed - and not for additional charge. He and his employee Britt were very friendly, and asked again if there was more things needed or if they could answer more questions. Offered to show how to do things in the yard so we would not need to hire them.

+ -1 moreI have seen landscaping and yard crews work on golf courses, professional buildings, estates and simple homes. I have never seen work done better or have had a group ask more times if it was done to satisfaction, making sure the tenants were satisfied. My Fiance and I would recommend to any one --- hire Irelan's Landscaping for your yard or grounds for a professional building
Description of Work: Kevin's company did work for my Fiance's condominium building and property. The work was superior. Always done to meet the best expectations, and he and his coworker were always courteous. And he does work to meet the highest expectations, above that - he never leaves the area anything but cleaner than when he arrived. They cut grass, removed shrubs, cut trees and cleaned up afterward. And weather was never an issue to slow or stop them. Kevin, the owner is a gentleman.
