INSPECTIONS UNLIMITED

Ron was very professional, prompt, shared his knowledge of home maintenance, and answered my many questions as the house inspection progressed. One of my questions had to do with additional lighting in our garage. He took the extra time to go back into the attic, and told us what would be involved, and how adding the lighting would also allow us to have additional outlets for the garage door openers thereby freeing up another wall outlet. He took pictures of the problem areas on the roof, showed them to us so that we would completely understand what needed to be corrected, and told us what type of tradesperson was needed for the one area and how we could do the work ourselves on the other. He also gave continuous tips to make home maintenance easier. The inspection was scheduled for 3 ½ hrs. and took an extra hour and the agreed price did not change. The extra hour was because of questions I asked and the time he took to check something else out. I was very impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, friendliness, and patience. I highly recommend Ron and thank him for giving me piece of mind!!
