The installers worked fast and very clean, vacuuming up all dust as the work progressed. It looks wonderful.

Beautifully! Casey was able to give me an installation date almost immediately. The crew arrived early, and they worked with such zeal and concentration that they were finished by mid-afternoon. The men were cheerful and courteous. They moved all the furniture out, took up the old pad and carpet, and after installing the new, replaced the furniture exactly as it had been. They disposed of the old pad and carpet, and they had cut the new, patterned carpet so carefully that they were able to leave a big piece for me. Five weeks after installation, I called Casey to come out and look at the edging my son had installed at the juncture of the new carpet and a small square of laminated wood flooring. I didn't think it looked right, and Casey confirmed that my son had used the wrong material. He added that it would be over a month before he had a crew free to fix it, but if my son wanted to redo it, he thought he had a strip of the correct edging back at the store that he would give me at no cost. Then he actually drew a diagram of exactly how to cut the edging and install it. Mine was a very small job by Imperial's standards, but Casey treated me as though I were paying 10 times as much, and cheerfully went the extra mile.

John the estimator was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately carpet that was installed was damaged by a sharpie. I was offered a "patch" I refused. Wall paint was heavily damaged on every wall. Window disassembled to bring in carpet, not reassembled. Closet door was not properly reinstalled. John did come out to fix some of the issues but it was clear to see that his cousin the installer is unprofessional with finishing touches and impatient.

Looks good, work went quickly and smoothly.

The representative came out and took the dimensions of the space, gave me an approximate time when the estimate would be ready and never emailed or called with the estimate. Since I had 2 other vendors that did get back to me, I never followed up with Imperial.

Was happy from start to finish. Will use Imperial Flooring next time I need flooring.

I purchased material from this firm and they arranged their contractor perform the job. Overall work was satisfactory.

They did fine. If there was any problem they were very accommodating and they resolved the problem. I would use them in the future.

Even though I was not buying anything...yet...they helped me and gave me the name of a local company that came and did the work the very next morning. I think a lot of companies would have just said sorry. When my wood floor project gets done, I'll go to Imperial for my kitchen and bathroom flooring. I am very grateful to Imperial and Atlas Cleaning Service for helping me in such a fast, courteous, professional manner.

A locally owned company with high standards. They know their products and are true professionals. We had a unique issue in our entry and the owner came out to look it over and recommend solutions. So glad we went to the professionals, because it could have been a disaster if we had worked with someone who was not as knowledgable and understood the subfloor issues in our home. We are do pleased with the results. Would never go anywhere else.

It was before I moved into my house. It needed to be done before I moved in as I run a foster home. It is a unique situation. They installed everything and cleaned up before I got there. They were flexible on the material. The guy I dealt with retired.

When I decided to redecorate, I visited the showroom which was clean and well organized. Casey Gulseth explained the process and went on to manage the project, helping me choose a living room rug, bamboo laminate for two bedrooms and kitchen vinyl appropriate to my home and income, and told me how to care for my new flooring. The company even provided a bottle of stain remover for the rug. The installers were friendly, competent and accommodating, making extra unexpected improvements, such as adjusting a door, as they worked. Of the fifteen contractors who have worked on my home over the years, Imperial Floors did the best job preparing, installing and finishing the project. My home is now more comfortable as well as beautiful.

Jason and company did a courteous, professional installation. Were prompt and left the property in clean and great condition. The job went fantastic! They are the best company in town for floors.

We went into the showroom pretty much knowing what carpeting we wanted. We talked to a saleswoman and the man who comes to measure and give an estimate. We brought home a sample board of colors to decide on that and then a couple of days later, the man came to measure the rooms. We told him which color we wanted and set an installation date a couple of weeks ahead since were having other work done in the house. We received the estimate in the mail and approved that. We sent in a deposit of about half the estimate. We had set the date for the installation on a Federal holiday since we would both be home but the installers didn't arrive when expected. We phoned the sales rep to double check on the date and the installers arrived soon after that. One of them had had a medical problem at home which had de-payed them a bit. Once here they worked very quickly. They removed the old carpet and pad and installed the new ones. They cleaned up and took the old pad and carpet for disposal. The sales rep phoned to check on things and to ask how it had gone. We received an invoice for the balance due in the mail along with a brochure about carpet care.

Very well. Salesman insisted on doing it within 2 days or 3 days. That turned my world upside down. Would rather of had more time, even 24-48 hours.

The installers were fast, professional and so helpful for a single mom like me!
