They were very timely to give me a quote and look at the job. Executed on time and made cost effective recommendations that made the project much better in the end.

We obtained several different contractor bids to install 2 short backyard pathways leading from a gate opening. We were on a fairly tight budget and Grahams was the only one who was happy to do exactly as we wanted, without pushing for extra "frills". Paths were done with crushed gravel and large pavers inset at random. Edging done with flexible steel edging. (Another supposedly experienced contractor didn't even know what that was or how to obtain !) Grahams didn't bat an eye. Workers arrived on time and were pleasant to talk to. Work was completed in one day, and we were VERY pleased with the outcome.We more than got our money's worth.

Graham Landscape and Design was our clear choice after receiving multiple bids from other contractors. They were competitively priced and had the intangibles you would like to have in a contractor, such as, responsiveness, flexibility, and timely completion of their work. One thing that helped us tremendously was their willingness to arrange their schedule so that we could complete the project by Easter weekend. This was after we didn't give them a very big window of time to work with. We have other areas where we might update our landscape in the future and will have no hesitation to offer the work to Graham.

Jordan Graham came to our house in response to my contacting him via email on his web site. So right there he gets credit for actually checking his email, something two other business owners told me they didn't do when they called two weeks after I used their Contact Us feature on their web sites. I'm not impressed when I'm told "I don't check the email from that web site very often." Anyway...he was prompt, professional, and gave us the best explanation of what he could do, would do, and how it's best to handle a project like ours (front walkway replacement). He arrived with catalogs from all the suppliers he deals with and pattern styles and while he explained the difference in costs between one kind of paver and the others, he did not say or even suggest we should go with the most expensive. Rather he gave each type of stone/paver equal time. His explanation of which patterns are suitable for curved driveways, which aren't, and why was new information for us, and he gave us two places to visit to decide on our pavers, with the recommendation we buy one or two of what we like and bring them home to see how they'd look on site. His crew and materials were at our house in good order, the guys worked fast but efficiently and were happy to explain what they were doing when we showed interest. We had an unusual situation where a previous owner's remodel of the front of our house required our walkway be cut across so some schedule 40 drain pipe could be installed right in front of the front step. It's not buried very deep so in order to accommodate it without putting pressure on it they sleeved it in another pipe, then built out the front step so that it's a large landing step that completely bridges the pipe below. We are thrilled with our new walkway and plan on using this company next summer when we replace the rotten, 1973-vintage concrete driveway. With that in mind Jordan's lead man shot lines such that the end of the walkway where it meets the concrete driveway will match up nicely with the new driveway pavers when we complete this project. He did this the first day even though we still haven't signed anything to make it official that we're hiring Graham Landscape & Design next year. Wish we could have done so because Jordan offered us a10% discount if we'd have them do the walkway and driveway all at once, but our budget wouldn't permit. We're looking forward to completing the project next year with these people. Good attitudes, good work, and professionalism all around.

They arrived promptly and seemed more than adequate for the job. However, cost was an important issue for us. We hired Cutting Edge, who was also one of your recommended businesses.

Crew was hard working, on time every morning, polite, willing to make changes to original design as project develped, and very fussy about quality. Weather was both hot (mid to upper 90s) and there were several days of heavy rains, but this did not affect the workers' efforts. Clean up at the end of each day's work was done religiously.

I had seen their work before and met with them at the home show. We had never used a professional landscaper before and we were very pleased we chose them. The crew showed up on time asked if there was any other items that had come up since our last conversation. They went right to work and even did more than expected. After the work was completed they went above and beyond by blowing off another area of our business that we had not asked them to do. I would highly recommend Graham Landscaping to anyone. Wow. This company could give lessons in professional service. They were courteous, prompt, friendly and informative. Beginning with the bidding process through to the end every person we met or talked with from this company was great. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how they were going to do it before they did it. They took great care to preserve all the established plants including lawns and structures(trellises, yard art etc.) to the extent that the yard looked just a tiny bit muddied when they were done and after the first rain you won't even notice that. The job they were doing involved a lot of digging, so naturally there was a lot of dirt and mud(they kept working even in the rain) but they did such a nice job on clean-up you wouldn't know there had been mud everywhere. When I discovered that my irrigation system was not functioning and blowing fuses due to a cut power cable to one of the stations, I called Graham's. They were out within a couple of days, and did a quick and neat repair of the problem using silicone filled wire nuts that guaranteed that moisture in the line would not be a problem. The technician explained what he had done, and stayed until we had checked the entire system to be sure that there would not be a call back. I will be using them for any future needs I might have, as well as scheduled maintenance for my system.

I have used Graham before when I wanted to put in paths and remove some of the grass and adjust a drip line for the new bushes and flowers. The crew was amazing, and they worked hard respectful of my ideas and taking care of the foliage in the yard. I have had a yearly maintenance program with them and because of that they often come out if a problem arises. Jordan Graham is a great guy that will work with you on any project, I'm truly satisfied with their work.

The work was scheduled promptly and an estimate provided. The workers arrived as scheduled and reviewed with me the work I wanted done. The two worked well together and finished everything in about three hours. They cleaned up the area and smoothed out the dirt that had been disturbed because of the work. These two men were polite and responsive to my questions and wishes. I have had Graham do previous work for me and I have always been extremely satisfied. I will call them in the future when I have yard and garden needs.

I bought my house & moved in the first week of June. I thought the sprinkler system was working, & yet I could not turn it on. I called Graham to have them check out the system, & see that it was working correctly. WHen he came, he told me that the system was not working. It was very outdated. Only one section of the system would even go on, & several of the spraying units were totally broken. We agreed that he would replace the system, & timer, & fix any of the broken units. I told him that I didn't want to spend more than $1000. He returned in less than a week with all the new equipment & supplies, & with in 2 hours, explained the system to me. He showed me all the replaced items, the fixed spray units, the new valves. He showed me how to turn it off, as he had set it to water on a regular basis through out the summer months. Also, we agreed that every year they will come to see that everything is working correctly. Since that time, the grass has greened up, through all the hot summer dry weather. & I have planted some herbs & perennial plants, which are all thriving. I will be using their services for a long time, to keep things working from here on out. & I highly recommend them to anyone who needs someone to fix their sprinkler system, or wants to install a new one.

We had worked with Jordan Graham when he was a foreman for another company, on a $10K full re-landscaping of our 0.1 acre lot. He has an easygoing personality, works quickly, and with high quality. He found great plant stock by going to multiple nurseries, and replaced some that didn't work the first time (at his own cost). When we had a miscommunication he remedied it immediately. For our spruce-up, we probably paid a bit more than usual (maybe $100), but we needed it done super-fast to sell, and he responded within 1.5 weeks during height of his busy season. Thank goodness we were a former client and it was a 1-2 day job; that probably helped. Minor - some plants (the ferns) were too small and it would have been nice if he could have asked us if we wanted to pay for bigger ones but my no-conflict, less-detailed partner was running this job so it could have been his fault. It turned out beautifully. Truly amazing how strong and fast these guys are. When I work with him again I'll communicate more about quality and size of plant stock as that's where I am willing to pay a bit more to get the bigger better product on a few choice pieces instead of waiting for it to grow. I'd also ask for more maintenance and plant care tips so I could do a better job following up on plant health myself. This is one service area where the homeowner's later involvement really matters if the initial quality of the job is to hold.

Mr. Wahrenbrock came exactly when promised and worked efficiently to complete the job. It was more difficult because of obstacles including a new fence that crowded the line, as well as plants, trees and a pond in the way. None of that was a problem. It was all done with in a few hours. I didn't like the first sprinkler heads that were installed. They were too powerful and big, and were replaced immediately with ones I thought would be better. All in all, a good experience.

Project went very smoothy from bid process to completion. Blaine provided good suggestions on design and was prompt with bid. Communication throughout the project was excellent. I was frankly surprised when I got a phone call when the crew had to be late one day. My experience with other projects has been very different Seth and Tyler kept us up to date on every step, told us what was to happen next, and worked very hard in extreme heat. When unexpected issues came up, like discovering a buried stemwall, Seth and Tyler conquered the problem amazingly well. The entire crew was extremely professional and I had no qualms about leaving my property when they were here working. Trust is critical for me and they earned it from the beginning. I am very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to use this company again.

They could not do the project as planned become they could not locate a water line. They also missed capping off one of the sprinkler heads. My one complaint is they billed me $100 more then their highest estimate. I called for an explanation but was not satisfied with the explanation. When I agreed to do the project, was very clear on how much I could afford and was guaranteed it would not be more than $500.

Nick and Brent from Graham Landscape and Design were courteous and enthusiastic about the job they did for us. They did great work in pruning our out-of-control laurel hedge on the front side where it was growing too wide for the garden and on the top (was about 12' high). The hedge encircles our yard except for the front. They hauled everything away to be recycled. They were on time and didn't trash the yard while pruning the hedge. This will be a yearly job and we will definitely have them back!

The job went well from beginning to end. Jordan Graham had two employees, Rob and Chris, on the job the whole time. It was easy to communicate with Jordan, Rob and Chris during the entire project. They acted in a professional manner at all times. Every so often, there were communication issues just as there would be on any project. Jordan, Rob and Chris made sure that we knew what was going on all the time and that all communication issues were resolved to everyones benefit. After they completed the project, it became apparent that we needed additional sprinklers in the front and back shrub beds. Frank Foshee who is their sprinkler designer agreed and he is coming out this week to install those sprinklers.

They were referred to me by another landscaper who was too booked up. Graham's was able to squeeze us in and got my system up & running in no time. They really saved us! Will definitely use them again.
