Graham Landscaping has been caring for my yard since April, 2015. I could not be more pleased with their care and attention to the lawn and surrounding flower beds. They fertilize the grass when necessary and pull weeds not only in the lawn but in the beds as well. They are punctual, reliable and always leave my home looking better than when they came. The staff is extremely respectful to the homeowner. Todd, the service manager, is very attentive to maintaining high quality service. Early on I had a few problems so I called Todd with my concerns; the very next day he personally took care of the issues (nothing major) and there has not been a problem since. This is customer care at the highest level. This company also landscaped the backyard---oh la la--they know what they're doing in this arena as well. Why would I seek any other service when I already have the best!!

Todd and his team came to my rescue and saved the day. Not only did they make my yard beautiful but they did it in a timely manner and the bridal shower went off without a hitch.

Jorden Graham was prompt and out to quote job quickly. His quote was complete and detailed, accepted change orders and adjusted schedule well. Graham's crew was very polite and professional, did great work. Yard looks great!

It didn't work as anticipated. The timer didn't give the now drip system back yard enough time. They came right back out saying they should have thought of that and made the necessary adjustments at no additional charge. Afterwards it worked great. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I asked them to come back and trim up some more as I didn't feel it was complete. Graham was very willing to do so and immediately came back and not only trimmed more but did some extra yard work cleanup that was not even in the scope of work originally for the inconvenience. Now you don't find many businesses that do that without even asking these days.

The crew is efficient, professional, courteous and well-informed.

It went well, as the yard is in transition it is still rough but their maintenance crews come in and do a quick but thorough job.

I met one of the vendor's landscape consultants at a Eugene Home and Garden show and asked to get an estimate for construction of a decorative low rock wall alongside a sidewalk in front of our house. They called the next week and we arranged a site visit. They were prompt in making the appointment and showing up. The estimate was not provided within the time frame that they indicated, and I didn't receive a prompt acknowledgement of information I sent after the site visit. I did receive the estimate, which exceeded our budget so we decided not to proceed with the work at this time. I have no way to gauge the relative value of the estimate given, since it was the only one I have received. While the landscape consultant was on-site I did ask about a future project for planting native plants in a shady area of the yard. They did provide a suggested list of such plants along with the estimate for the rock wall, with no extra charge, which I appreciated.

They fixed the sprinkler heads. I've had them back repeatedly.

It was a little more than anticipated, but the yard became really overgrown by the time I finished closing on the house so they had quite a bit of work to do. Will be calling them again once I get ready to change the existing landscaping.

I made an appointment with Dean, and he arrived on time. He told us about the equipment that they use and provided an estimate for the work that same day. The project was completed very quickly -- within a week of signing the contract. The workers were courteous and seemed to stay on task while they were here. Dean and the crew kept us updated on the status and answered our questions. They worked during rainy weather, which resulted in a muddy yard while they worked and when they were done. They told us that they were going to seed the lawn for us so that it would look nicer. Dean showed me the programmer, which he had set since rain wasn't in the forecast, and said he would be available for questions. I called Dean a couple of days later when one of the drip lines had a leak. He arrived within an hour and fixed the line. We had gotten one other estimate, and Graham's was more than $2,000 less. Dean gave us the 5% Angie's List discount before we could even ask for it!

They were informational in letting us know we had some problems that needed to be addressed and they were prompt in getting someone else to help us install that. I would use them in the future and they will be back in the spring.

Nearly an instant response to my call of inquiry about their services. Trissta visited the same day and we reviewed the area; within 2 or 3 days she was back again with a landscape drawing. She paid careful attention to my desires and offered wonderful suggestions of her own. I was so impressed with her professionalism coupled with a personable attitude and enthusiasm for her work. She is also sensitive to budget-minded clients like me! The working crew was quiet, diligent, punctual and professional. They followed the design perfectly and took great pride in their workmanship. Overall, I would recommend Graham Landscaping to friends, family, co-workers, etc. I am so pleased that Trissta and I will be working together again after the first of the year to spruce up the opposite side of my backyard.

First time did not do well because pipe broke off in valve, and also found a second leak. But they eventually got everything fixed for the price agreed upon and were good to work with.

They were great. Jordan and his staff were prompt, professional and fair. We hired them for two very different jobs; sprinkler system repair and demo/new construction. They provided free estimates for both jobs and stuck to the final contract. Project manager Tyler Stiffler kept his crew on task, communicated well and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. Tyler was the carpenter in charge of rebuilding our front railing and he did a fantastic job.

From first contact to finished job we were very happy. The four zones were installed and completed in two working days. Dean and his crew communicated well, were fast and professional and left the yard looking better than when they started. They knew what we needed, including city code specifications. We like how the watering system works and our grass and plants are loving it. The crew was very friendly, polite and punctual. grade = A

Our 36 year old aggregate driveway was removed and replaced, as was the cement apron that connects the driveway to the street. The previous driveway was cracked and not draining efficiently. Cars hit bottom on the peak of the apron. The new driveway was constructed with classic colored pavers in 'muster K' pattern, and they look great. Near to the house and garage, the driveway was raised one foot above the original grade. Cars now clear the hill easily by a couple of inches; there is no longer a 'peak' from apron to driveway surface and the entire driveway is a gentle grade down to the porch and garage. The highly compacted and carefully measured subsurface base made for a perfectly contoured and flat paver surface; the pavers run straight as an arrow. The new cement apron was poured with a new eased (lowered) grade--very well done. Graham imbedded a 3 or 4 inch diameter conduit under the pavers to run irrigation lines under the driveway, and more room remains available to run electrical light cords or other light utilities under the finished driveway. The driveway drains properly down hill from the street to the garage and empties into a long covered gutter rather than into a single round drain. The covered and grated gutter is nicely let into the pavers and looks good and is easy to wash out if needed--the car drives smoothly over the drain system. We feel that the aesthetic look of the drive enhanced the front of our house very well. We are very pleased to have made the change! The team of workers from Graham Landscape and Design were easy to work with, polite, punctual, on task, and they have the experience and knowledge to complete very professional paver driveway systems. They men were highly detailed in each measurement and application; well done.

My wife and I hired Graham Landscape and Design to install a new paver patio off our existing back porch. They did an excellent job, and we couldn't be happier with the results. When I first contacted Graham Landscape and Design, it was Jordan who responded to my inquiry. He gave me a ballpark quote over the phone, then came out the very next day to review the site and provide a more accurate quote. Turned out, he pretty much had nailed the quote on the phone. While he was out, he took measurements, and talked to me about different options they could provide. By the start of the next business day, Jordan had emailed me the official quote. In the time leading up to the start of the work, and while work was ongoing, I exchanged several emails back and forth with Jordan. Jordan was always very responsive, and was great in helping us choose colors and patterns. We're not very creative with this type of stuff, so it was great to be able to rely on his expertise. The patio was finished faster than quoted, and the results are outstanding. In addition, the guys doing the work (Seth, and a couple other gentlemen who's names escape me) were very nice and accommodating. In fact, on the last day of the job, Seth spent about 30 minutes talking to my wife and I about other areas of our landscaping, and providing us with different ideas and options (with no pressure to use them). Some of the ideas he gave us were even DIY. I was so happy with the work this company had done, that we decided to have them re-gravel our driveway while they were onsite. Jordan was really accommodating here as well, and had the equipment and guys onsite a day later to spread 37 yards of gravel over a 150ft driveway in just about 2 hours. Overall, an outstanding company with great employees, that does excellent work. Next time we need work done, this is the first company we'll call.

I contacted the company about some landscaping changes for my yard. The company sent out their senior design associate & he looked at the areas I wanted to make changes to in my yard. He later came back with some of ideas on what plants he suggested would be best for certain areas of the yard. I agreed with his ideas & told him to go ahead & have his company do the work. They set up a date, arrived on time, removed some older plants as per our agreement. Then they went ahead & installed the new plants & 2 trees. I think the yard looks much better now & have also gotten numerous comment from friends on how nice it now looks.

They were great. They were professional and communicated very clearly. They told me exactly what parts were needed and where the cost are coming from. Their pricing was very transparent.

The Board was very impressed with Graham L & D for their near immediate response, and their efficient and professional handling of our irrigation emergency. The Board was also impressed because one of Graham L & D competitors even recommended them for this emergency service. Highly recommend this company!

I've been very pleased with their work. Blaine, the project manager, did an excellent job of keeping me informed about their progress throughout the entire process. When you get your yard redone in winter, everything turns into a huge, muddy mess. But the men who worked on my yard did a great job of keeping the mess to a minimum and made sure the mud didn't get tracked all over my driveway and patio. This is the first large-scale landscaping project I've had done, and I really didn't know what to expect. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use Graham Landscaping again. Everyone who worked on my job was courteous, professional and, in my opinion, did an outstanding job.
