+ -1 moreJoshua was very prompt and personable at first. Conversation was positive and helpful. But the situation deteriorated from there. He kept asking for advances based on unusual sorry circumstances. This was supposed to be a nice stamped surface but the job went to pot beginning when Joshua showed up way after the concrete did. Then things got rushed and the final result was a mess. Then, against my better judgment I gave Joshua money to come back and do some touch up. I haven't seen him since. Then I had to hire another contractor to come out and cut more than half of Joshua's work out and remove it. Finally the second guy repoured the front walk and patched up as many of Joshua's mistakes as possible.
Description of Work: Poured a section of city sidewalk and my front walkway with extensions across the front of the house.

Description of Work: First Pass Construction submitted a bid on a project to build a concrete pad for my motorhome. Joshua requested that I send him photos of the job site. He submitted his bid which I accepted. He arrived at the job site and immediately said the job was bigger then he anticipated due to the bushes that needed to be removed. He informed me he would have to increase his bid. I let him know I didn't need his services. I've attached one of the photos I sent to him as a part of the bid process. I do not recommend First Pass Construction for any job.
