Counter-tops, fireplaces, full bathroom remodels, full kitchen remodels, out door kitchens, out door tile, and pavers, We also refinish installed marble and some granite counter-tops. Tile and Slab is our game.......

We bought the marble in Portland, Oregon (that took 4 hours of travel time) and had it sent to Eugene Tile and Marble who agreed to fabricate and install the marble. They sold the marble to another customer. Our interior designer had to deliver the bad news and it took several phone calls to get reimbursed for the marble.
Description of Work: Was to have installed a piece of marble for our bathroom remodel.

Yes, we did have some confusion on this project. This was the year that the economy went into a nose dive. That being said we had to down size our crew and a managerial position was changed leading to the loss of some valuable information with-in our companies walls. The granite fabrication was good. However, we were disappointed with the install. There were some problems which they did handle later but it was very frustrating. There seems to be no office manager when you call the office. Every time I called there is somebody new to talk to and I would have to explain who I was and the problems I was having. I had to do this multiple times.
Description of Work: I hired this company to install granite counter tops for me.

There has been some definite changes made in the past 5 years within this company. Sorry you did not have a great experience with our install crew. Installation is one of the most important parts of a plan. It's a bummer that we will lose your business.
