+ -1 morethey have the eugene hippy groovy thing going on but in the end it's all about the commission. They were actually a bit more hardcore about getting their commissions than other agents we worked with who were more traditional. I would never consider them as a sellers agent, I think they are much more suited to being buyers agents.

+ -1 moreI moved to this city where my sister bought her house from them, used them to search around for a condo for me. We visited several places in my price range etc. No rush, they where always on time, went at my pace, let me decide. I am very happy with the choice.
