Not efficient with work. Initially scheduled and they didn’t have the appt in their system when i called the day before to confirm. Rescheduled and they put new hardware on before checking with me if it was ok to install. Hardware was ugly so i rescheduled for them to come out to change hardware and they did not show up at scheduled appt. I called and they informed me that someone called in sick and they had tried to call- no missed calls on my cell or home phone. I decided to schedule with Keyhole instead and was much happier with the service.

I found them super helpful! Called for help in re-keying my home and got excellent, friendly advice for how best to manage a variety of different lock sets. Instead of paying $$$ for them to come out, they happily answered my questions and gave me great suggestions on how to get everything keyed with a single trip to their shop. They were awesome!

Went great, for some reason my horn kept going off when he was trying to work on it and he finally got it figured out, I even called local dealership and they said they had no idea. When I called for a emailed copy of reciept for AAA, they asked me how things went and I mentioned that the alarm goes off every time I open the car with the key in the door. ( I didnt purchase a FOB, just a key for time being because of financial reasons). They told me I can come in and they will program a FOB for free (even though Im pretty sure it wasnt their fault about the horn, just cars computer). Went down there that day and got a new FOB and two spares for $135 total. Compared to one key with no FOB for $200 plus qouted from others.

I needed a new locking doorknob installed on an interior door. They came to the house right on time, were very polite and professional, and within 20 minutes the work had been performed. AAA+ service! The fee included a travel service charge, the work was very reasonably priced.

I was very happy with their work and the price was quite reasonable compared to another locksmith I got an estimate from. They are all very friendly and easy to deal with.

Excellent. Arrived on time, replaced, added, or serviced all exterior locks in the house, and there were no complaints when the job became larger and took longer than originally anticipated. My spouse was home when all the work was done and said Emerald City Locksmith did a really great job and "we need to take the time to give them a good review." Price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done.

We bought an older home that only had a key for the front door, but wanted all the door locks keyed to the same key. The locksmith came out promptly the morning after we called them. We originally asked for three locks to be done, but after he got there, I asked for an additional shop door and an uninstalled deadbolt to also be done and he said that would be no problem. After looking things over, he told us that the front door was an older lock that couldn't be keyed the same as the others, so we decided to settle for two sets of keys. He got started working and a bit later he came back and said he had talked to someone else in his shop and they thought that they could get the front door to match the others. They would have to put a new cylinder in the front door that would take some custom retrofitting. A second locksmith came out and they worked together in one of their vans for quite a while and were able to get everything working great. The additional cost of re-keying the additional locks and customizing the front door lock was very reasonable. I'm sure that they spent quite a bit longer on the front door than the invoice reflected.

They were fantastic! I called and the very next morning he was out working on our locks. There was some drama happening with an X while he was here working & he remained very professional and very understanding! I even felt okay leaving him alone while I went to run a few errands. I had to leave the 2nd house early & he finished up and left the keys where I asked & locked all the doors. He did a FANTASTIC job and re-keyed around 20-30 locks at two houses (11miles apart) in about 6 hours!

We bought a house and wanted all the locks rekeyed. The locksmith showed up on time and worked quickly to get all of our locks rekeyed. He was very polite, answered all my questions and even helped me figure out how to remove a doorknob without an extra fee.

Came within 20 minutes, as promised; performed task and didn't try to sell me anything.

He came right out after I called. He was very nice and was able to fix the lock right away. Plus he loved our pets. GREAT JOB. We would use them again.

The service call occurred the same day I made the call. Even though picking the lock took longer than anyone anticipated, the door was open 15 minutes after the work began.

This company is awesome, and they know a LOT about locks!!! It was very informative and entertaining to work with then; we got great service that was scheduled to our convenience and was completely satisfactory.

Showed up on time, was very friendly and efficient. I liked that I was able to pay using a credit card via a smart phone app.

The locksmith arrived right on time and than got right to work. He had to take the door knob back to the shop to fix it and then came right back and installed it. I also had three keys made at $2.00 a piece, great deal! I was very pleased with the service and would hire again.

The service was prompt and pleasant, the repair of the lock itself, well-done. A problem surfaced with the attachment of the lock to the door where the wood had deteriorated and the screws would not hold. This required a larger rosette (metal piece which holds the inside door handle to the door.) The serviceman was unable to find a replacement and I had to go elsewhere to finish the job.

Derek was running a little behind schedule. We received a call letting us know this. Upon his arrival we went over the work order and estimate and verified what was to be done. He was friendly and very efficient and knowledgeable. The estimate was correct and I feel worth every dollar. He recycled the old parts and keys. He also made us new keys for the house locks and to replace my car keys. Fantastic Service!!!!

On time. Didn't charge for returning to shop to get part. Final charge was less than estimated. Friendly. Door handle works better now.

We walked in without an appointment and were helped right away. They had to do a little troubleshooting to fix my issue, but they got it fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Went great, except the desk had a very odd key that was hard to make.

The man who showed up hadn't been informed of what I wanted done, so was not prepared to do the work without leaving to get what was needed. He tracked dirt into the house and I think he left a gouge in the door moulding, although it could possibly have been there earlier. The new deadbolts do work well.

The technician that came out from Emerald City Locksmith Company was very friendly. He showed up on time. He did good work.

It went very well. There were no problems.
