Economy Power Washing

I'm sorry to say this company was a huge disappointment. I called for a quote, they arrived on time, measured the sq footage, provided a written quote, and the work was scheduled. They called to reschedule due to a large job they were doing but provided a discount with a new lower price. But then, they rescheduled again-this time offering to do some additional work for free. It went downhill from there. There were so many re-schedulings, not showing up, not calling, us calling them, texting, and the whole cycle would start all over again. Their usual excuse was someone else's job still not finished, or it seemed, more important and time sensitive. Finally, a guy arrived, was here half a day, did the roof and gutters-which came out great. But then, the schedule-reschedule thing started happening all over again. It seemed like they just didn't want to wash our fence (the fence was the bulk of the job.) So, in the end, I paid them for the work they did-gutters & roof, which was good, but I cannot recommend them.
