Description of Work: I decided to redo my kitchen counter tops. We spent weeks finding the right look for what we wanted and finally found a porcelain tile to lay on the counters. We wanted to give the counters a smooth finish instead of the rough feel and found a glaze coat product that eclectic products sells. The product is supposed to dry rock hard. Its a 50/50 adhesive which is extremely hard to mess up. After laying the product on our counters it would dry is some spots and not in others. We had to redo many different areas which in the end still ended up not drying. We contacted the company over and over and never heard anything back until we went up to lowes and had them contact the company. We have spent almost two months trying to get this product to dry and trying to get the company to reimburse us for the materials we have used in the kitchen. After two months of going back and forth they called and said that it was our fault even after they sent two reps out here who both claim it was the products fault. One of the gentlemen informed us that he fields 250 calls a day and at least 200 of them are regarding the glaze coat product. They have terrible people skills and take no responsibility for their product failing. I would never recommend this product to anyone nor would I ever use another one of their products again. There other products are: Amazing GOOP, E6000, Shoe GOO, Seal-all, quick hold, famowood, and W-T. The product is beautiful but is not useable. If you would like to use these products but never be aloud to use what you put them on then by all means use them.
