Excellent, professional, efficient service at a very reasonable cost.

Chris was here on time, looked at the problem, and went to work. He worked quickly but took time to answer my questions. The price was very reasonable too. We were very happy and will call Drainmaster for any future plumbing needs.

I had a bathroom sink full of Drano and a clog that was going nowhere. I called Drainmaster and Myron was able to schedule us the same day. He arrived on time and started work promptly. Twenty minutes later we had a bathroom sink that drains and Myron had a delighted customer. I would definitely call Drainmaster again!

Chris was on time and went right to work. He had both drains cleaned out in less than 20 minutes. He was extremely professional. Comparing charges by other businesses who do similar work, I thought the $85 charge was reasonable and fair.

Drainmasters, Inc. was recommended by our plumber David from Noah's Plumbing as he was booked for the rest of the month. We picked Drainmasters, Inc. as I called and asked if they had a 10% discount as their other competitors offered on Angies List. He said he guess he could offer it, but I wasn't sure according to the invoice if the discount was taken off or not. Whether the fee was $85 and discounted to $78 or if the regular price was $78, it was well worth what they did for the fee and for them coming out to central Eugene from Elmira for the next day after my initial call. We were very appreciative we didn't have to wait a week. Chris initially came to our home address on time instead of the rental address so a little mix up there. But, he did a great job getting the rental bath tub drain cleared. We tried to do it on our own with our own snake, but it was no match for the high powered electrically operated snake they had. They got a glob of former tenant hair out of the drain and the drain ran smoothly after clearing the clump of hair. We will definitely use them in the future!

It was great. Myron took his time to carefully review the results. He gave me a copy of the DVD. It was good news. He has a very polite and kind manner. I will definitely call Drainmasters if I ever have a problem with the line.

I called them in the evening because our toilets were emptying very slowly. They came the next morning at 9 A.M. sharp. They did the job with a 3 month warranty. I am very happy.

Chris came the next day. Although the camera was being repaired he was able to get the work done without it. He patiently worked, using 2 pieces of equipment in 2 locations until the drain was flowing free again. He said I would likely need to have the work repeated every couple years because of the aggressiveness of the roots.

They were punctual and finished the job quickly.

Chris was very accommodating regarding a change in our schedule and was quite prompt. He snaked out clogs of roots (etc) within an hour and replaced the appliance and connections exactly. Chris is very professional. We are very pleased.

He is professional, reasonably priced, and does a great job. He is honest. He also makes videos in the drain system.

They were easy to reach and communicate with by phone, and came out and checked all the drains. Unfortunately, some of them were clogged beyond their control. He was nice enough to give me a call and let me know the details of what was going on, and didn't even charge for the visit out. You don't normally see that kind of service anymore!!
