David Leier

We found David Leier when we were looking for a home that he was showing. We appreciated his approach which was not sales focused or pushy, but he presented information in a non-biased way. When we met David, he clarified that his main goal was to do what is best for his customer. As we went through home buying negotiation steps with the seller and their real estate agent, we found David's actions were true to his words, of serving his customer's best interest as his main goal. He explained important concepts clearly, was patient with our many questions, and made himself available for all needed inspections and meetings without hesitation. He was good at thinking up options for us, and explaining pro and cons of those options. This helped facilitate our decision making. Working with David on our home purchase was an excellent experience.
