Very great to work with. I called, they visited, gave me a quote, we agreed on the job and price. They came and did the work on time and within budget.

Katie (the owner) came out to bid on a weeding and yard cleanup job we wanted to have done during August. She came on July 28, went through the yard, and bid $35 per hour for an estimated 12 hours. We scheduled for her team to do the job on August 18 despite some misgivings we had because she had been an hour late to her bidding appointment (at that point I figured it was understandable). After planning on her team doing the work on her promised date of August 18, we got a call from her late in the day on Friday August 13 to say she could not do a part of the job (packing small gravel bits under our fence) because she was down a worker and the two people she could send would be unable to do that. She gave me the name and number of someone else whom I would have to call to get that piece done, but said she would continue to plan to come on August 18 and reduce that time to 4 hours. The weekend passed, and she called again on Monday August 16 to say she could not do any part of the job because she was overcommitted, so she cancelled completely at that point. She said she had thought she could do the job for us, but she has so many regular clients she simply cannot fit it in. Granted, she then gave me the contact information of another person to do that part of the job (just the weeding), but it was extremely frustrating. I woud never call her again, or recommend that anyone call her, based on this lack of reliability.
